MOVANTI is an independent e-mobility venture — built on intelligence over mass. Personal e-scooters (e-kolobežky) engineered to remove the safety stigma from radical lightness.
The flagship Era launches Q3 2026 — the world's first e-scooter with a digital rear-view mirror and AI-powered surround threat sensing. Built with elem6 (Prague) as industrial partner. SHPERKA leads brand development only.

OPERATIONS
Industrial calm. Measurable margins. Procurement and technical-infrastructure work executed with strategy-consulting rigor — heating retrofits, verejné obstarávanie advisory, engineering oversight.
Engagements typically €50k–€1m, where good specification on day one decides whether the project lands €100k under or €100k over budget.

HERITAGE
Where the studio started. Hand-finished leather goods, made in Slovakia. The 2019 Žilina collection still defines the brand's reference standard — confidence without volume, craft without ostentation.
The atelier produces in small editions on commission. The waitlist is informal, and we like it that way.

What does SHPERKA actually do?+
SHPERKA is an operator-led holding company based in Bratislava. We build and operate ventures across mobility (MOVANTI), AI (COVERA AI), B2B operations advisory, and a heritage leather atelier. We are not an agency and we do not sell hourly consulting.
Are you hiring?+
Each vertical hires independently. Operations and COVERA AI occasionally take on contractors. Write to ts@shperka.eu with 'Hiring' in the subject.
Do you work with clients outside Slovakia?+
Yes. Operations engagements have run across the EU. MOVANTI and COVERA AI are EU-wide products.
What is a typical Operations engagement?+
Procurement design, technical specification, and engineering oversight on projects between €50k and €1m. We are most useful when day-one specification decides whether the project lands under or over budget.
