Industrial calm. Measurable margins.
Operational excellence in technical procurement, heating, and infrastructure. The kind of work that doesn't make headlines — and shouldn't.

Procurement is where margins live or die.
We work with operators of technical infrastructure — facility managers, building operations teams, public-sector clients — to specify, source, and execute heating and energy projects with the rigor a strategy consultancy applies to a market entry.
The weekly fluorescent-lit reality of technical procurement is rarely glamorous; the right specification on day one, however, is the difference between a project landing €100k under or €100k over its expected total cost.
Where we engage.
Active engagements include heating retrofits across multiple facilities in the Bratislava and Žilina regions, ongoing procurement advisory for public-sector technical infrastructure (verejné obstarávanie), engineering oversight on heating-system implementations, and end-to-end project management on technical building changes.
Most projects fall between €50k and €1m of total value, where the cost of bad specification compounds visibly and the cost of good specification is invisible — the way good operations work always is.
Specification first. Always.
We do not bid on volume. We engage where our specification expertise compounds the client's outcome. The first deliverable on every engagement is a specification document — what is being procured, why, what it must achieve, what it must not, and what the success criteria are six months after handover.
Vendors come second. Bids come third. Contracts come fourth. The order matters: most failed technical projects are failures of specification, not of execution.

We're not for everyone.
Our best engagements are with technical operators who already know what bad procurement costs them and want a partner who will say no to the cheap quote. We are a poor fit for clients seeking the lowest bidder regardless of specification quality. We are an excellent fit for clients who have, at least once, paid for an installation twice.
“The best operations work is the work nobody sees.”
